Ordered my toilet cistern lid through my tub as they had by good reviews. Even though it took a couple of weeks to arrive due to out of stock their customer service was excellent and my order status was well informed so I know when it will be ordered. My radiator was due for delivery on the 30th, which it did not make. I was informed it would arrive the next day, which it did. In this instance the item had a long lead time for delivery which I accepted, maybe it would have been possible to inform me a two or three days before its new delivery date rather than the day before.
