Service...product chosen was out of stock, we were emailed a replacement which was very nice as it saved us having to search for one. However got stiffed paying an extra £9 for quicker delivery which never happened...so not remotely impressed about that!

Delivery exceptional !! Despite awful weather conditions my Water King Sentry was delivered on the day promised. I didn't expect that. also customer services were a pleasure to deal with. The service we received today was exceptional. My requirement was certainly a challenge with a difficult part to source and also an extremely demanding delivery time required but Rachel clearly proved her worth and also her dedication to customer service.Would highly recommend.

Overall, a not very good experience, admittedly dealing with a tricky problem. Let me first say though that the staff I corresponded with were absolutely first rate- a credit to you.
Having said that, It took over two months to locate and ship the part I was looking for, despite having been promised it would be delivered much earlier. Also, the punitive shipping charges meant it was nearly as cheap to buy two as one- so I did. I guess this means you do not want small bits of business.
Finally, and not really your fault, the part I was sent was not a copy of what I was trying to replace. It looks like the supplier has tried to produce a universal part to replace many minor variations on the same theme that have been produced over the years. It did not fit. Only through the applicatio

Tub is fine and price is competitive.
But when the final delivery date was updated, there was no email notification. That caught us out as no one was available to bring it into the property. So it was left outside until the evening. Driver was very helpful though and did his best to leave it on the private footpath.
