After a mammoth search starting with Bristan for a 5inch Shower Rose Chrome Plated and visiting a number of websites I finally came lucky with MyTub who promptly confirmed it was in stock and so placed an order. My radiator was due for delivery on the 30th, which it did not make. I was informed it would arrive the next day, which it did. In this instance the item had a long lead time for delivery which I accepted, maybe it would have been possible to inform me a two or three days before its new delivery date rather than the day before.
