Very slow and your updates were a waste of time as they contained no tangable information.
We waited and waited and all we were told was an estimated delivery date andor that our order was overdue. This went on for weeks.
Not very good, doubt Id use you again.
Regards, D. Brotherton

Dear Mr Brotherton
Whilst awaiting obscure none stocked parts so obscure I don't believe another company is selling online we like to keep you informed that we are chasing the manufacture for delivery as they can take some time to come in. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I was happy with the ordering process and the items I received but thought that the P&P was very high for such a small lightweight item! (£5.99?)

Hallo. As you said this item is no longer available. You have offered to look at alternatives. The cooker is a Belling Farmhouse Cookcentre Model No 110 serial number 62100009. The obsolete part number was 082604898.
Many thanks Brigitte Studley
