Order was delivered as promised and products matched the description and were of a high quality. Good price and service I would recommend this company.

It would have been nice to have been told the item was not in stock at the time of ordering. After a couple of conversations about the item I assumed it was in stock and would be posted .
Still pleased with My Tub and will order again in future.

Service was excellent and lots of other retailers should be able to offer this level of customer care - product got a minor depression caused by a knock in transit and the company was keen to exchange for a perfect item. Thank you - Im very pleased with the item having made the swap.
