Item not in stock so I was disappointed with the delivery time but, otherwise, service and communication was good.

I was very impressed with the level of service I received. The order process differed from that advertised on the website but I was kept informed all the way and given the option to cancel the order and look elsewhere.
Steve was an absolute gent throughout.
5 stars.
