Many thanks for your help. I did contact the manufacturer and I spent a great deal of time on the internet finding possible suppliers.
It appears that the part is definitely unavailable and I am now having to replace the cooker, even although it is still in "reasonable" condition.
I would like to say that your service has been way beyond what I had expected and that you have gone out of your way to be extremely helpful.
It will not be forgotton.

I have purchased four radiants for a Robinson Willey Firegem 2 fire. My Tub sourced these for me speedily and these were just as expected. I would certainly recommend My Tub for their prompt service. Service is great - you were the only source of this item I could find. The price charged by Terrain however is ludicrous. £60 for what is in effect a PVC frisbee. I have only had to buy this to replace a broken cover for a gully that has been installed some years ago. The price means I’ll never install Terrain or Polypipe again....

Thank you, I have now recieved the complete order, I was relieved that you did a price match after not confirming that your package was not originally complete, even after I specifically asked whether the condenser was included !
Both deliveries came before the delivery date causing my sick wife to get out of bed to let the delivery man dump the parcels just inside the door, she would not have been able to move them if there had been a fire....

Despite the issues with covid19 and lockdown, this company went well beyond the norm to get my mira shower doors, to me in time. Also kept me well informed. Its importantant we support are local companies. Mytub was also cheaper than other major companies which was a great bonus....
