In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. I just wish I had more business for them . . .

My radiator was due for delivery on the 30th, which it did not make. I was informed it would arrive the next day, which it did. In this instance the item had a long lead time for delivery which I accepted, maybe it would have been possible to inform me a two or three days before its new delivery date rather than the day before.

Very pleased with your service, item was far cheaper than anywhere else and you rearranged delivery for several days earlier. Excellent response from your admin people they answered the phone promptly and phoned back when they said they would. Will definitely use your services again !
