Easy to find the product I was seeking on the MyTub website. It was helpful having the product number against which to search.
Five days including a weekend from order to delivery.
Good communication including initial notification then confirmation of delivery date and information, when requested, of an approximate delivery time.
The product looks good and I assume it will work well as our plumber had no problem fitting it.

When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Although my order was delivered 1 day behind schedule they gave me ample notice of this and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my order. Delivery took longer then estimated but MY TUB staff were helpful and send me a copy of manual instructions and dimensions of the item so I could do some works before installing an item.
