finally received my order on wednesday 15th febuary when it should of been delivered on the 6th febuary which you did e-mail me and tell me what the problem was, which i was greatful of as i thought it had gone somewhere else. Thankyou for all your e-mails and keeping me up to date with my order.

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I can say without a shadow of doubt the ease of dealing with your company was unbelievable, at every turn Your team kept me informed and answered my questions within 1 to 2 hours, you managed to source parts when the manufacturer could not and when you said things would arrive they did. ordered item all seemed well told 7-10 day waiting online staff were very helpful but near 4 weeks later still waiting told item will be with me now in 5 days at most not convinced yet

ORDERED SOME OBSOLETE BOILER BAFFLES LATE ON 14 NOV ,THEY WERE THEN SPECIALLY MADE AND DELIVERED HERE TO THE NORFOLK BROADS ON AFTERNOON OF 16 NOV .THAT IS OUTSTANDING !VERY MANY THANKS TO CHRISTINE AT MYTUB FOR KEEPING ME UP TO DATE RE DELIVERY TIMES ETC.
