The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered. The valve we ordered seems fine- though we havent had it fitted yet. The price was good- though it did take around three months to arrive- so its a good job we werent in a hurry! At least the e-mails kept us informed, which was helpful.
