I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. Good service again. Got the items on time.
They were, however, slightly different from my last purchases plastic container rather than a material one. I was concerned that they would not fit the caldensate unit. Fortunately, it did fit and appears to be leak-free. Will keep an eye on it.
