I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. I am impressed with your service all end. Pricing is very competitive, I like the free delivery over £50. Packaging was immaculate.
I had a problem with a mytub order years ago when I was starting out as a plumber. So unfortunately I have avoided you since. But, I thought I would give my tub a go again and very pleased. Will use again!

Ordered my toilet cistern lid through my tub as they had by good reviews. Even though it took a couple of weeks to arrive due to out of stock their customer service was excellent and my order status was well informed so I know when it will be ordered. I was even able to change my order date! Would recommend to use them.

I was looking for a replacement Bristan Arctic Towel. This has proved impossible to find, but MyTub were able to offer a very similar looking alternative. It was shorter than the original but is a very good substitute. I was able to dismantle the broken one and replace the broken bits with new. So a perfect solution. I made a mistake with my ordering details, but the team at MyTub were very good, they responded quickly to my emails. Very pleased with the service and support.
