| My order was delivered by Plumb Centre, Ipswich on date given. The fragile gaskets were undamaged but could have been better protected with a stiffening layer of cardboard. There was a bonus: 4 reels of PTFE tape which I had not ordered! Any ideas who missed out

|This was my first experience with my tub and possibly my last. Firstly they made a mistake, the site shows free delivery on orders over Â£25 â€“ Wrong my Â£120 order of boiler parts just so happened to be made up of none free delivery items and even though this was my tubâ€™s mistake they refused to waive or refund the Â£7 delivery charge which almost delayed the order by a day. Next, one of the parts arrived from Plumb Centre within two days and the other parts from who knows where nearly 2 weeks later â€“ Overall, compared with many companies on the internet these days, this one did not impress me. One final comment, when things go wrong, you canâ€™t just hit reply in e-mail, you have to go to the site and enter details in to a special page, all a bit of a faff really.
|The items arrived quickly and are all of excellent quality and the website is very easy to use.
|product spot on just one comment this was ordered for delivery and a date was given to me aprox date for delivery then it changed in the next couple ov days i had to go and pick up you should not exept an order for delivery in the first place on line i will look forward to your comments thanks stephen
|The goods did take much longer than I had anticipated, and longer than you initially advised.
You kindly updated with new expected delivery dates but this had to be done more than once and I guess you were simply having to pass on information provided by your supplier or manufacturer.
In the long term no harm resulted and the main thing to report is that the drip tray arrived OK, was in good cobdition, AND it fits perfectly.
So my resume would be - Many thanks for supplying this relatively small item, it just what was wanted and my friend who asked me to order it is highly delighted that he can once again use his fridge as before. Kind regards.

|Items received the next day after ordering. Ordered 2 x Bristan W BTH17 discontinued & received 2 x Bristan W BATH05, which is presumably the new replacement model. Very quick & efficient service.
