Well i used your on-line chat to correctly identify the part I was looking for & hooked up with Jeannette - who I must say was brilliant. She even e-mailed me a photo of the item I went on to purchase. Brilliant service

The product was exactly what I wanted however, the delivery was not. Despite e-mailing to say "NO" to leaving the item at a neighbour, another to arrange delivery on a Friday we had a trial deliver on the Wednesday before and then to cap it all an eventual delivery on the day before we had arranged - BUT LEFT WITH A NEIGHBOUR!!

The staff were very helpful and helped me to source the part needed and it was delivered when they informed of the date. I am extremely pleased with the service and would use them again and recommend them to others

Order deliverd correctly and in good time. Delivery driver made exceptional effort to deliver. He walker 3/4 mile to house due to difficulty in turned his vehicle around.

Absolutely fantastic service. I made my order and got a message telling me the expected date of delivery, it was delivered first thing on the morning they estimated. Would definately use again and would certainly recommend to anybody I know.

Youve been great Christine especially at keeping me informed of the progress of my order and of its delivery date. Unfortunately the local courier or supplier based in Peckham, south London, I think he said on the phone didnt deliver it to us last Friday as youd said would happen but today, Monday. However they too were very good on the communication front, despite the disparity of dates, and the delay didnt hold up our builders. So thank you! Coming from the north-east myself, Im always glad when theres a chance to buy from a company based up there.
