Quite surprised when plumb centre delivered the goods as I had already been there to source parts and I have an account with them. Nevertheless good service parts were delivered early and fitted same day.

Very quick and efficient service. It was great having email updates letting me know when the package was sent and the expected delivery day. A much better experience than my local plumbing centre where the customer service is dismal. Thank you. Well be back if we ever need anything else.

The processing of the order was very good, with excellent communications over alternative parts etc. The delivery cost was astronomical, and when a massive lorry turned up to deliver a single valve i could understand why. I have bought numerous items for my gas fire and have always had very good service. Mytub is also the only place I can find that sell the items I require for my gas fire, even the makers dont stock spares for my particular fire. Thats why I deal with Mytub because they have what you need and at a very reasonable price. Very good communications that keep you updated on your order. I can always find what I am looking for on their website by using the search facility.
