Order arrived a day earlier than expected, which was a bonus. Vendor delivered exactly as promised. I’ll use this supplier again.
The only criticism is that the package 3 small tubes came in a box used to supply paper, full of shredded paper!

I was kept informed of progress throughout the order process, even when my order had not come in as expected you told me then a week later you told me my order was dispatched. Excellent value and helpful friendly staff, but i was told i had to pick up from Camden as it was fragile. I then had to wait a long time for it to be delivered to the pick up point, but then , a change of mind and it was delivered direct to my door, so, it was a good service.

1st Class service and extremely fast delivery. My local shop said they could not supply replacement coals aerator tubes for my gas fire because they were very fragile and always arrived broken. Well these were extremely well packed on bubble wrap and arrived in first class condition. All the coals matched up exactly with the layout diagram.

I was really concerned when your email gave the delivery date of by 31111. As the part was needed immediately I rang your customer services department on 211011 and this was looked into. I was pleasantly surprised to be told that the part was on its way and would be with methat day which it was. Now fitted and working perfectly. Was pleased with service but would be better if the email gave the correct delivery date to avoid my panic. Thanks.
