Ordering was good but the delivery took 20 days due to carrier probs and poor packaging resulting in damage. All sorted out and communication was good.

Completely satisfied with mytub but delivery could be better. I rang you at about 4.30 on promised day of delivery to be told that delivery could be any time up to 6.00pm. At 7.30 I sat down to write a very critical e-mail to you complaining about non -delivery but, happily, it came just before 8.00pm. I was panicking as I had promised to use this item in repair of a customers boiler on Friday relying on your promised delivery. All turned out well in the end but earlier deliveries may save frustration and anger.

I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. The courier has tried to deliver my parcel twice but despite me putting a message on the order, which you acknowledged the courier wont leave the parcel so I am still waiting!
If I was honest the whole shopping experience with mytub has been a bit of a disappointment. I was told the item was in stock yet you gave an estimated delivery date of 10 days later. However you did change this to the 1212 after I emailed you which was good of you. But now I am now in the position of having to stay in all day Monday waiting for the courier to deliver despite you noting my message that the parcel could be left.
