I knew I would have trouble trying to find the bathroom accessories as they were unavailable anywhere! However MyTub found the towel ring amongst their stock! They kept me informed of there search and the great outcome! They could have just said, sorry out of stock, discontinued, but no, they didnt give up and found the item!

I cant fault this company. The toilet pan I ordered was a good price, especially with the free delivery. The communication from them was excellent and my item was delivered in good order in a couple of days, on the day they quoted. I couldnt ask for more. I will not hesitate to use them in future.

Very good service but I did not receive all I need for my gas fire. I thought I had ordered a complete set of replacement coals but I only have the loose coals and no fitted coals for front, back and sides of fire. Do I need another order no. for these The fire is on the front of a Baxi back boiler no. 0579299 described by gas engineer as 9 plus years old. I have recently moved into house. prices quoted are excellent, although an automatic option for collect at store....without having to 1st pay p&p, then get a refund should be offered.
overall very pleased but if I required a part urgently, I would look elsewhere.
