Laurie was brilliant. The item I wanted was obsolete but 1 was available, I couldnt order it on the website , laurie enabled it while I was on teh phone to him. The order was delivered next day and my shower doesnt leak anymore and I can turn my water on. All enabled because laurie at mytubs cared enough to sort out my £155 order. Extremely pleased with the product which is good quality and just right for our needs in the bathroom. My Tub were very good at keeping us updated with when the product was being delivered just a pity there was a bit of a wait for it to be supplied. When it did come it was via a Plumb Store, Epsom lorry which is local to us!! despite ordering from MyTub in Tyne & Wear!!!!

The boiler flue part I ordered from mytub arrived by courier on the promised day and time. However, when I opened the box on the evening I found the part was damaged. As I had not checked the part when it was delivered I was expecting a lot of hassle to get it changed. However, how wrong can you be After just one e-mail to notify mytub of the damage they quickly resolved the issue by delivering a replacement part to me and arranging for the courier to pick up the damaged part, and all this on the day before a bank holiday weekend! Due to their brilliant after sales service and good prices I will use this company for all my future plumbing needs. Companies who treat their customers like this deserve to succeed. Give them a try, Im sure you wont be disappointed.
