Unfortunately my parcel was delivered to the wrong address in Portslade. The gentleman who signed the delivery note made out it was for him although the address label was clearly for me in Southwick. The delivery driver was contacted via My Hub and was able to collect the parcel and bring it to me the next day. The parcel had been opened and there was no paperwork or fitting instructions in the box. It appears the man in Portslade did not know where he had put them. I do have to stress that when putting addresses into a sat nav the post code should be used as often road names occur in neighbouring towns.

Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. I was very surprised to find the ceramic basin was shipped without any pagaging or protection - a risky strategy I would think.

The supply of sanitaryware comes from the manufacture without packing we also use internal transport rather than couriers which is why the items get there in one piece.

Decided to purchase the required item at mytub due to the very cheap cost, mytub easily undercut Bristan by approx £35-40 (I am now beginning to wonder how Bristan can justify their high charges). And as an added bonus, mytub offer free delivery on orders over £25, a rare treat amongst suppliers these days.
However, my initial delight was short-lived. An estimated delivery of 10 days...surely you can do better than that. In fact, if it wasn't for an email on the 5th day to the support department regarding the order, it probably would've been longer than 10 days, since the order hadn't been processed.
Once the order was processed though, the part arrived within 2 days. A perfect match for the removed item, and it installed without any problems.
