Laurie was brilliant. The item I wanted was obsolete but 1 was available, I couldnt order it on the website , laurie enabled it while I was on teh phone to him. The order was delivered next day and my shower doesnt leak anymore and I can turn my water on. All enabled because laurie at mytubs cared enough to sort out my £155 order. Good service and good communication from start to finish. I have to admit that I was sceptical that the company would refund the delivery charge if I collected the item myself from a nearby plumbing supplier. But they did on the day I picked it up.
