Excellent update system kept us informed as our items progressed towards delivery which was exactly as per quoted date prior to order.
Items were well packaged and in very good condition.

Waiting time for delivery seemed like forever
Item was packed in a box 40 times the size with no packing value and motor had come out of its box and was bouncing around lucky no damages
I would still recommend company
But try and pick up items from stores next time

After a great deal of research I decided on MyTub to supply the "necessary" for my bathroom remodel. This is was my first encounter with MyTub and I was NOT disappointed. From the outset they had everything I needed and at a very competive price. It was a pleasant change and maybe one which helped me decide on MyTub, to hear a North of England accent. Any real or perceived "problem" was quickly dispelled by Customer Service, another point which instilled my confidence in the company. Amazing range of spares and the only site I could find that had the item I needed in stock. Good service and prompt delivery. My only gripe was that the delivery charge seemed a bit heavy but if you need the part you pay the price.
