Our Rada shower tap arrived today May 11th, three days later than predicted and 27 days following our order which was placed on April 14th. To get a VAT invoice with our letter head please login to your account
> Go to My Orders (top left of site)
> Click on the order you wish to print an invoice
You will then see in the order details page;
VAT Invoice:
Click this to print your VAT invoice.
I think this is what your looking for.
