I bought a Riello R40 G10 burner from MyTub about a year ago as retrofit for a 30 year old oil boiler which was in otherwise good condition. The choice and fitting of this burner was non-trivial and I received entirely excellent advice on these matters from your sales team. Very pleased with the products. Was able to put the on my existing gas fire with no problem. I was relieved I could still get replacement coals as my fire is over 10 years old. Slight confusion regarding delivery but this was sorted out quickly.

My Tub were very helpful in identifying and sourcing the part that I needed for our shower. I sent them photos, which they forwarded to the manufacturer and quickly came back to me to let me know what part was required. The part was sent through and arrived on the specified date. It has since been fitted and works a treat. Thank you My Tub and Laurie who did the investigation work.
