Pleased to receive the Wavin Actuator. The heating was installed about 2.5 years ago, and we have lived here 6 months. It had never worked properly due to being installed wrongly. It is now OK. Wavin sent me a circuit diagram, so I could diagnose the fault.

Completely satisfied with mytub but delivery could be better. I rang you at about 4.30 on promised day of delivery to be told that delivery could be any time up to 6.00pm. At 7.30 I sat down to write a very critical e-mail to you complaining about non -delivery but, happily, it came just before 8.00pm. I was panicking as I had promised to use this item in repair of a customers boiler on Friday relying on your promised delivery. All turned out well in the end but earlier deliveries may save frustration and anger.

Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. So pleased I was able to still buy the correct vermiculite for my Valor gas fire. I bought a cheaper pack first, of a different brand from another company, which had larger granules. Unfortunately, I found it caused quite loud popping noises when the fire was on. Using the correct vermiculite bought from your company has made all the difference. Also, it was delivered within good time.
