Totally fantastic service and a true example for all the competition out there. My order was well received and within good time. Thank you for your impeccable service and extremely competitive prices!!

Very quick and efficient service. It was great having email updates letting me know when the package was sent and the expected delivery day. A much better experience than my local plumbing centre where the customer service is dismal. Thank you. Well be back if we ever need anything else.

Good service and good communication from start to finish. I have to admit that I was sceptical that the company would refund the delivery charge if I collected the item myself from a nearby plumbing supplier. But they did on the day I picked it up. So am very pleased with the service and highly recommend MyTub.

Thanks for your help... I needed to contact Twyford for help with the "S" type toilet.
