I had a really great experience with MyTub and would definitely recommend. I wanted a plinth heater and accessories but was struggling to find the particular model I wanted anywhere and the one place I did find it, it was at a hugely inflated price. Im so pleased I found MyTub. I gave them a call and after holding for a short time theyd sourced my product and said they could provide it at a much more competitive price than Id found elsewhere. Perfect! It was delivered a few days later and was just what I wanted. A really great experience and very much appreciated. Thanks.

I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. My order was delivered by Plumb Centre, Ipswich on date given. The fragile gaskets were undamaged but could have been better protected with a stiffening layer of cardboard. There was a bonus: 4 reels of PTFE tape which I had not ordered! Any ideas who missed out
