After a great deal of research I decided on MyTub to supply the "necessary" for my bathroom remodel. This is was my first encounter with MyTub and I was NOT disappointed. From the outset they had everything I needed and at a very competive price. It was a pleasant change and maybe one which helped me decide on MyTub, to hear a North of England accent. Any real or perceived "problem" was quickly dispelled by Customer Service, another point which instilled my confidence in the company. Excellent product. Works well with my old Stoves Cooker. Good price, but I thought delivery was a bit high at £5.99 for something which is very light.

Took 3 weeks to deliver. To be fair, communications were good, but for an online seller claiming that items were in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, the overall service was pretty poor. Under the circumstances, i would have expected more of an apology or discount off next order - otherwise i might as well go to my local plumbing centre next time.
