Although my order was only for a water filter cartridge, I was very pleased with the price, and the item arrived on the date indicated at the time the original order was accepted.

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. You didnt tell me the items were not in stock until after i had placed the order. Thats a bit sneaky as other suppliers tell you before you place the order and give an estimated delivery date. I suggest you start doing this as next time I will be more carful in placing an order with you until I have looked at the other sites forst.
