Using the website to find the part required for my Aqualisa shower was simple and straightforward as was the ordering process.
The delivery wait was reasonable and the item was well packaged.
I have saved the website details to my favourites.
Thank you.

It was my first time, buying an item from MyTub. I was very pleased with the efficiency with which the order was handled and the speed with which the item was delivered.

Good website and good communication - Delivery came on time - Packing could have been better as its a delicate bath panel and it was only padded at both ends but the edge, top and bottom, wasnt protected and there is slight damage a dent along the top but luckily it does not show when fitted, as long as it doesnt make the bath panel susceptible to cracking at a later stage.
