Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I can say without a shadow of doubt the ease of dealing with your company was unbelievable, at every turn Your team kept me informed and answered my questions within 1 to 2 hours, you managed to source parts when the manufacturer could not and when you said things would arrive they did. Order came on the day expected, but a week for a small part could be improved.
Part is slightly dented, not as a result of delivery, qa before packing would be good.
I havent fitted the part yet so hopefully the dent wont affect installation
