Thank you for the opportunity to comment on my order. The people I have dealt with and the actual products are fine but the overall service I have received is the most chaotic of any internet order I have ever made! To cut a long story short, a large number of e mails led to my order being delivered on 3rd September - or so I thought! 2 of the 3 items were actually delivered with no mention of the third. After more e mails, delivery was arranged for pm today 7th September.
