Following damage on the first delivery the replacement arrived very well packed but still with two bent pins at the end of the bulb!!! This obviously did not happen in transit. It seems that a consignment delivered to you must have been damaged. I advise checking before delivery. I have managed to sort out a bulb so that it is usable and it seems OK.

Dealing with mytub was easy, I spotted the basin on the website, phoned through to check availability and placed the order. The basin arrived 2 days later no problems. Easy thank you mytub!

Delivered to wrong address which took a couple of days to find. Delivered to "Hawthorn Lodge" rather than "Hawthorns". Not your fault at all just a sloppy carrier. My Tub were very helpful in identifying and sourcing the part that I needed for our shower. I sent them photos, which they forwarded to the manufacturer and quickly came back to me to let me know what part was required. The part was sent through and arrived on the specified date. It has since been fitted and works a treat. Thank you My Tub and Laurie who did the investigation work.
