I was very impressed with the level of service I received. The order process differed from that advertised on the website but I was kept informed all the way and given the option to cancel the order and look elsewhere.
Steve was an absolute gent throughout.
5 stars.

All seemed to go very well until the delivery didnt turn up on the promised day. I chased it and Customer Service was very helpful and the basin turned up a working-day late, so all was well in the end.

Goods arrived in perfect condition and as advised. I was updated fully at all times during the order and delivery procedure both by email and once by telephone.
Stay safe and keep well.
