Took 3 weeks to deliver. To be fair, communications were good, but for an online seller claiming that items were in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, the overall service was pretty poor. Under the circumstances, i would have expected more of an apology or discount off next order - otherwise i might as well go to my local plumbing centre next time.

I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. I have been trying to get this part for 2 months and have been persistently let down, including being fobbed off by the manufacturer, I ordered it from my Tub and it arrived within 8 days! Nothing short of miraculous!
I cannot recommend this company highly enough, my first stop from now on.
