The service was excellent and even though I ordered the wrong part to start off with they advised me on the return and replacement with the correct part. My many e-mails were answered promptly and the staff were friendly and efficient.
The product was exactly what I required and the website was easy to use.

Found the product I was looking for easily on the MyTub site. Purchased without difficulty. Was continually kept up to date with my order status and delivery by email. I found the service excellent. MyTub were able to re-arrange the expected delivery to a much earlier date to enable me to complete an installation within a time constraint at no extra cost. They were quick to respond to questions and phoned to confirm the delivery time. Product also arrived with no issues.

Got part but feel delivery cost was excessive it was near as much as the product.
You need a simple postal mail option for small items.
