Placed the order and was contacted by a very helpful chap at MyTubs to say that the part I ordered was obsolete but that they had one to send me. He range back to check that I had ordered the part from the pt number and not by the picture as there is another almost identical. Really chuffed with the customer service. Would recommend.

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. This was a first class service, I was updated as to when to expect delivery, and it happened as promised. The cistern was a direct replacement and I was put right by yourselves as I nearly ordered a side entry instead of a bottom entry, so thanks for that. The only drawback was that the inlet, outlet and overflow are all in the correct position but the two screw holes that hold the cistern to the wall have been moved about 38", so a straight forward exchange took longer than it should have. Not your fault its Twyfords.
