review - product is excellent.
Service...product chosen was out of stock, we were emailed a replacement which was very nice as it saved us having to search for one. However got stiffed paying an extra £9 for quicker delivery which never happened...so not remotely impressed about that!

Received my order earlier than expected - brilliant. First time to have used this
website and if need be will look around again. Waiting for my son to fit the part
but looks the right thing. Thanks Christine!:

My toilet seat arrived this morning having only ordered it yesterday. It is already in situ which is a relief with guests staying this weekend. A superb service. Many thanks. We will certainly recommend you to friends.

good service and price, only downside was that some of the parts were loose in the box and I was lucky they were not damaged.
