Very pleased with the products. Was able to put the on my existing gas fire with no problem. I was relieved I could still get replacement coals as my fire is over 10 years old. Slight confusion regarding delivery but this was sorted out quickly.

The service has been fantastic. One of the products I needed was no longer available but Christine sourced an alternative from the manufacturer very quickly and amended my order. I was kept in touch with what was happening all the time. The order came on the exact date I was given I was out, but the delivery company have been equally good, easy to contact to re-arrange delivery.Everything has been so easy. Thanks for sorting my order. Advertising the parts at a price you couldnt deliver at caused a delay on our job. And sadly a lot of the parts were damaged, which wasnt your fault, but compounded our delays issues on getting this job finished.

Hi,
Order arrived promptly and is an exact match for replacement valves within our childrens nurseries, there are over 150 of these valves and the children keep on breaking them..... Did try to purchase these at plumbase and plumbcentre but they could not help me! Ill be using you from now on even though these were dispatched from Burton uponTrent......

Received geberit concealed cistern within 5 days, tried to fit Saturday and found part missing. Had to wait till Monday to advise of this missing part. I was told to leave it with customer services and they would get back to me. In the meantime I spoke to the manufacturer and received the part next day. Four days past not a word from My Tub. Well done Geberit not so well done my tub, just a call to say what was happening might have helped
