Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. The order took a couple of days longer than anticipated because of delay from My Tubs supplier, but My Tub kept me informed of the status every day and the day they took delivery of it they had it delivered to us within a couple of hours. So 10 out of 10 for communications.

They are made to order and can take up to 6 weeks my find was a fluke by virtue of the fact that I called Grants to ask a techy question.
They advised it was extremely unusual that they had one in stock so thats when I jumped at it in the hope we could secure it.
So well done you guys for reacting so quickly to my email others would have dragged their feet.
Most of all the mrs thinks I’m a star brownie points for me, which as the ladies in the office will probably confirm have a shelf life of about 12 hours!!!!

This was a first class service, I was updated as to when to expect delivery, and it happened as promised. The cistern was a direct replacement and I was put right by yourselves as I nearly ordered a side entry instead of a bottom entry, so thanks for that. The only drawback was that the inlet, outlet and overflow are all in the correct position but the two screw holes that hold the cistern to the wall have been moved about 38", so a straight forward exchange took longer than it should have. Not your fault its Twyfords.
