I found the service excellent ordering at 2pm and having delivery for 9am the next day, especially as we required the thermocouple urgently, the only thing i would suggest is if the items could have had a picture also just make sure it looks the same because I found with my searches that my particular item varied a great deal for the same model fire and it would help tremendously to be confident of ordering the correct item.

They supplied me with difficult to find obsolete tap cartridges at an acceptable price. So I can keep my old taps that are still in excellent shape. Delivery was very quick. Thanks MyTub.

OMG the service received from mytub has been amazing. Having ordered the incorrect item Laurie was so helpful in chasing the supplier, copying me in on the regular chaser emails. There are not many companies that provide this level of service today. They did not give up until I had the correct loo seat and fittings. Thank you so much. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! I couldnt be more pleased with either the service or the quality of the product I have received. The packing of the fragile items was absolutely superb now I only have to get rid of the MOUNTAIN of polystyrene bits which really did their job. The delivery by City Link far exceeded that offered by unreliable myHermes, so I sincerely hope My Tub sticks with this courier.
I was also impressed with the quickness with which my initial email enquiry was dealt..... a reply within about 10mins or so, gives a brilliant impression of the kind of service that an eventual order will receive.
I will not hesitate to recommend MY Tub to anyone, especially as I have just noticed the Price Match offer on the website.
