Contacted MyTub after previous fruitless web search for this particular control knob item. Excellent customerservice, email notification trail and on-time delivery. Would definitely use this website for future requirements. Well done and will be recommending to others. BF

I was very impressed with the help and quick call back from Steve. He managed to locate a discontinued Pactrol device to fix a heating system. A1 service and thank you.

review - product is excellent.
Service...product chosen was out of stock, we were emailed a replacement which was very nice as it saved us having to search for one. However got stiffed paying an extra £9 for quicker delivery which never happened...so not remotely impressed about that!
