Very good service but I did not receive all I need for my gas fire. I thought I had ordered a complete set of replacement coals but I only have the loose coals and no fitted coals for front, back and sides of fire. Do I need another order no. for these The fire is on the front of a Baxi back boiler no. 0579299 described by gas engineer as 9 plus years old. I have recently moved into house. The purchase process was easy and delivery was quick so I would definitely order from my MyTub again.
The product I ordered is a Dudley Tri Shell cistern. The cistern itself is good and strong so perfect for the install I had in mind.
A couple of issues I have found with the product. The Dudley flush valve sits nicely in the middle of the cistern. The inlet valve and ball cock arm foul on the side of the flush valve as the inlet position on the cistern is more central and the ball cock arm is straight. It should be cranked a little to avoid this problem. I have managed to get it to work although the ballcock arm remains in contact with the side of the flush valve body during flushing and filling so not perfect by any means.
