After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. Brilliant communication throughout. We got a message after ordering and paying that the item was no longer stocked but that they had sourced it from the manufacturer and would be able to fulfil the order. We then were updated re dispatch and delivery. First class!

Fine except for chaos regarding delivey. Slight damage two flanges bent but hopefully this can be rectfied without returning the goods. Reeserve judgement untill installation.

Having been without a boiler for several days, had the runaround from a well known national gas company and a wife threatening to divorce me and emigrate back to her homeland, your swift supply of a part, which mysterious the aforementioned gas firm couldnt source, was extremely appreciated.
In particular, I would like to commend Christine for her help and the urgency she clearly demonstrated. Without her actions we might still be shivering and by now slightly smelly.
With everything back to normal, the one downside is I get to keep the same mother-in-law!
