When I placed my order there was an initial blip with regard to delay in the delivery date However, this was very quickly resolved. The interest for the customers needs was noteworthy and reassuring.
Two members of the staff need special mention--- Deborah and Christine whose dedication to my requirements was exceptional. THEY ARE BOTH A CREDIT TO THE COMPANY and need recognition.

The service has been fantastic. One of the products I needed was no longer available but Christine sourced an alternative from the manufacturer very quickly and amended my order. I was kept in touch with what was happening all the time. The order came on the exact date I was given I was out, but the delivery company have been equally good, easy to contact to re-arrange delivery.Everything has been so easy. Thank you for seeking my feedback.
The first time the order was sent out parts were missing. Rather than send me the missing parts (weighing about 200 grammes), you sent an entirely new order in a box which is about 3 feet long and 1.5 feet square. And the courier who delivered it refused to take the old order away.
I am now sitting here with a very large box in my office with a brand new toilet seat in it. I would like to know whether I should dispose of it (rather wasteful) or whether you are going to collect it. Please advise. If you do not tell me what to do, I shall keep it for one more week and will then dispose of it.
As to the product itself, it does not fit the toilet well because the hinges raise the seat too far off the bowl, such that the weight is not distributed arou
