After reading many of the reviews I decided to order a replacement toilet seat. Order arrived on time and I was very pleased with the item. Overall an excellent service and I would recommend.

Great service. You did everything promised and the cylinders arrived in good condition and well protected. Thank you. Of course if I have and problems when installing them I will get in touch.

Great service & communication, the item was delivered Saturday as arranged. Only slight criticism was that it would have been nice to have known you were having a two week shutdown over Xmas when I made the order, there was no mention of it on the order page. Otherwise very happy.
Many thanks

Very good service- the shipping cost went up because of the end supplier. The gentleman at Mytub was so apologetic and was more upset than me about the increase! He is an asset to your business. The shipping was also very good and arrived as forecast.
