Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Service...product chosen was out of stock, we were emailed a replacement which was very nice as it saved us having to search for one. However got stiffed paying an extra £9 for quicker delivery which never happened...so not remotely impressed about that!
