Thank for trying to supply me with the parts but without the O rings the job cannot go ahead.
Will have to think about what to do next.
The main thing is I now know about you.
Cheers ,Ian Garrod

The product arrived on time and in perfect condition. Messages were left to advise me of progress of my order, couldnt ask for more. I kept the details on the company as I will be placing my next order here. Thank you.

The boiler arrived promptly.
The driver had not been briefed to call ahead as requested and consequently was kept waiting for an hour.
Subsequent message via the website asking about flues and fittings has not been answered.

I needed this component in a hurry so went with who ever had it in stock. £12 for a five day delivery time is expensive for what is a small part especially as the order was actually fulfilled by a company local to me a few miles away in West London and not by the company I ordered from who are based in the North East. Ill be looking more closely at local suppliers in future.
