The units required where not available although they were on your list of products so I had to buy them locally. Each time I asked something else was not available. Your staff were excellent at all times and I cannot blame hem for lack of stock. One more thing and I know it was my fault it is not clear in the graphics that when you order from the page I expected to get the whole unit so when I ordered against the page your people had to inform me that for instance I only got the basin not the pedestal. I have only good to say about the execution of my order. I was kept informed of how my order was progressing, it was delivered within a few days of ordering, and was delivered the on the date I was told and within the time scale on the day. The young lady on the telephone when I first enquired was very helpful and the young man who delivered it was very polite and carried the parcel, which was a sink and quite heavy, into the house. Thank you to all concerned and I would not hesitate to use My Tub again.

Very fair pricing and seem to source items not readily available elsewhere. Can take a while to arrive however but not excessively so.
